International Returns Procedure

WE ARE OPEN FOR YOUR ORDERS! – We have put in place extra safety measures for our staff including split rotas where we can work easily with plenty of social distance between us and extra cleaning processes. We continue to be guided by Irish Government Advice. Thank you so much for your custom throughout this period. STAY SAFE! 

Please be aware that there may be some delays to delivery in your respective country due to Covid-19 issues. Generally, however Shipping couriers are still operating safely and in good time. 

Taxes & Import Duties

Applicable shipping is displayed during checkout. Please note there is no option to pay duties upfront. Your customs in your country will contact you if there are any duties to pay.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. We do not send to PO BOX addresses.

Couriers

Currently, we only ship to Ireland and the UK using An Post’s services to deliver your orders dependent on the destination country. All of our parcels are fully tracked.

If you have any queries with your order once you have received them. ie, damaged items, customs costs, etc. You must notify 2 Wild Geese within 24 Hours so we can process the problem quickly. If we are not notified within this time we may not be able to handle your query/claim. You can contact us via email: info@2wildgeese.ie

If you have received your parcel in poor condition/damaged or have items missing. You must keep all outer packaging so that the courier can collect the box for their investigation.
